Orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other remote locations within the UK will be subject to increased transit times.

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.50) — 2-3 Working Day Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.50) — Next Working Day Delivery when ordered before 2pm
- Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 Over £75 - Shipping to most mainland UK addresses will be free on orders over £75, Shipping to other remote parts of the UK will be reduced on orders over £75
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — Available for high-value orders.

MISSING ORDER
In accordance with our partnered courier policies, we are unable to file a claim against a missing parcel until 10 working days after the dispatch date. As such, we politely request your patience
UNWANTED ITEM
Unwanted items can be returned for a full refund so long as the item remains sealed in its original retail packaging and the return request is raised within 28 days of you receiving your item. Please complete our Customer Service Form and a member of our team will be in touch with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to complete your return.
*Returning items to us without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) risk rejection and can significantly delay your refund.
